Energy consumption is reduced by FiltaCool by reducing compressor run-times, reducing defrost cycles and by lowering the air temperature within the refrigerated unit.

Exact percentage reduction will vary however a conservative estimate will equate to around 10%, however in some of our case studies we have recorded reductions in excess of 40%. FiltaCool can install accurate kWh meters to measure usage and, therefore, savings which can be viewed on line via the internet.
