“The Filta cool system has been on trial in the cold room for a period of 1 Month.
I had noticed that after 48hrs the
temperature reduced quickly and clearly to
the standard of
our 4 degrees. I had immediately felt a
difference in the atmospheric conditions
cooler but not
damper.
The major benefits I have found with the
Filta Cool system is that fresh fruit i.e.
strawberries
or especially raspberries had a far better
shelf life with the system than without.
This has a
